Leading Health and Safety Training provider Complete Training Solutions (CTS) have passed its annual Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Audit with flying colours in February 2022.
The GWO Audit ensures training providers are adequately and effectively delivering GWO training courses. The audit examined CTS’ processes and looked at several aspects of GWO course delivery including, documentation, training standards, training facilities, and instructors.
GWO Auditor Report
The final audit report noted that CTS had significantly improved the company systems. It said: “The company systems have improved exponentially. The company has made great strides in Health and Safety and course documentation.”
The report was also gushing with praise for CTS’s state-of-the-art training facility. It said:
“The facilities are very well constructed and organised with state-of-the-art display and delivery facilities. All equipment viewed on the audit was suitable, well maintained and in true working order.”
The report continued:
“Classrooms and high access areas are each clear and well-spaced allowing the full vision of all delegates.”
But it wasn’t just the facilities that received recognition. The highly trained, specialist instructors also received praise for their effective and thorough approach to teaching. It said:
“The instructor showed a good understanding of taxonomy throughout the course and ensured that delegates were involved and were able to explain and demonstrate their knowledge throughout.”
“The instructor used correct taxonomy throughout the observed sessions, seeking explanations from participants, encouraging discussion and sharing ideas and understanding among participants and developing skills through practical demonstration and assessment.”
