CTS GWO Awards

On 4th October, Complete Training Solutions (CTS) proudly attended the Global Wind Organisation Health and Safety Training Awards in Copenhagen!

This year GWO was looking to shine a light on the winning GWO training teams and individuals. CTS was nominated in the Training Team of the Year category, highlighting how successful training providers focus on creating fantastic quality learning in a safe, realistic, and inclusive environment.

Finalists from GWO-certified training providers across all continents showed up for the awards with short-listers for the Training Team of the Year category showing best practices in GWO training internationally. Although CTS missed out on the Training Team of the Year Award, the judges celebrated training providers who stood out in specific areas of GWO training. A Highly Commended certificate was awarded to Complete Training Solutions!

Head of Renewables Danielle Kershaw and Operations Assistant Aimee Guy were in attendance to accept the award. Danielle Said:

“It was an absolute pleasure to have attended this year’s Forum and Awards to represent Complete Training Solutions and to accept the Highly Commended Certificate for Diversity and Inclusion on behalf of the team. Congratulations to all who received recognition last week!”

This recognition was shown due to the incredible story of Siemens Gamesa Wind Technician, Darren Hoadley, who lost his arm offshore before retaking his Global Wind Organisation safety training with CTS.
