We’re hiring for a Business Development Executive
Background / Purpose of Role
The Business Development Executive will engage with all parties to ensure business targets are reached and maximised against financial business profiles. The role will undertake development activities and support business opportunities and plans in line with company goals, implementing engagement plans and reporting via various forums on pipeline activity.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Promoting and communicating the Complete Training Solutions offer
- Develop & implement plans to prospect new business
- Achieving monthly sales targets in line with the annual business plan and targets
- Generating accurate sales reports for own area of activity
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders including employers and delegates.
