Specialist health and safety training provider, Complete Training Solutions (CTS), have agreed a new partnership with Total Solutions to further enhance their existing offer.
This exciting new partnership will see CTS work alongside Total Solutions to offer individuals access to a high quality, robust and bespoke training, designed to meet a wide range of training needs. This will include packages for the renewable, energy and construction sectors.
The new partnership aligns with both the CTS and Total Solutions ambitions to extend their footprint nationally, ultimately becoming the providers of choice for all individuals looking for health and safety training in these industries. Talking of the venture, CEO of Complete Training Solutions Tom Powell commented;
“We are really excited about the endless possibilities that this partnership will bring. The facilities, offer and brand of Total Solutions are all fantastic, and this partnership really mirrors our growth plans in both the national and international markets.
“The team at Total Solutions are incredibly knowledgeable. Like our team, much of their staff have the practical experience of working in the industry and as such, their knowledge is unquestionable. We have exceptionally high standards for training which are shared by Total Solutions, making them a natural choice.”
The partnership will also see the two training providers work collaboratively to design, develop and deliver a decommissioning training programme – an area that has been identified as having a significant skills shortage.
Mick Flaherty, CEO of Total Solutions commented;
“We have worked with the Progress to Excellence Group and CTS for some time to support each other’s growth and share best practice, but it is fantastic to now officially partner with Complete Training Solution, who’s training offer compliments ours perfectly.
“For example, CTS offer the IRATA level 1, 2 and 3 rope access courses which give those new to the sector the theoretical knowledge needed to pursue a career in this area. However, we can take this knowledge one step further and build on it through our three-day competency assessment (TRACC), which provides individuals with the confidence to then practically do the job, by giving them at least 16 hours of practical experience for their log book.
“The lack of qualified trade people with rope access qualifications often hampers the supply chain’s ability to effectively service the needs of operators and contractors. Our collaboration will help hundreds of young people gain employment after they graduate thanks to their Trade Rope Access Competency Certification.”
The TRACC course certifies participants’ ability to work safely on ropes whilst carrying out trade activities. The training is delivered by rope access specialists who, having worked for the majority of blue-chip oil and gas companies, fully understand the specific tasks required in the industry.
Individuals looking to learn more about the bespoke Trade Rope Access Competency and Decommissioning programmes, or wide range of training courses now available through this partnership, should contact Complete Training Solutions.
