Course Details
The start time and end times for your course(s) are detailed within your confirmation email. If your employer has booked your training for you, please ensure you obtain the confirmation email from them prior to attending. We ask for all delegates to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to register at reception. You will benefit from free parking at both of our sites, and access to complimentary tea and coffee on arrival.
What you need to bring with you
- A valid form of photographic ID such as a passport or driver’s licence
- Weather specific clothing – we advise wearing removable layers as our open training area can get chilly/hot depending on the season
- Additional Documentation if requested when your booking was made
If you’re unsure if your footwear is appropriate, drop us a line and we will be happy to help. We do have limited additional clothing and footwear available upon request with advance notification.
What to do when you arrive
Please report to Reception where you will be asked to sign in and present your ID. Medical self-assessments will be provided on arrival where appropriate, please fill these out and hand to your Instructor prior to the course starting.

CSCS Touch Screen Test
Proof of ID MUST be either a passport or Drivers Licence. Please contact us in advance if you dot possess either of these.
Obtaining your CSCS Green Card
Once you have successfully completed the CITB Site Safety Plus Health and Safety Awareness course and passed your CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test you will be able to apply online once you have received your certificate (this can take up to 2 weeks).

Your CSCS Card is not issued by Complete Training Solutions, but comes directly from CITB, at an additional cost of around £36.

All staff and delegates are expected to always conduct themselves in a professional and considerate manner. Complete Training Solutions will not tolerate behaviour such as but not limited to those listed below, and therefore may use business discretion to remove delegates from the course and/or premises:

- Isolating, ignoring or refusing to work with certain people

For offsite delivery Complete Training Solutions will not be liable for costs incurred for any delay or disruption which may prevent successful completion of all elements of the training syllabus e.g., bad weather.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings are regarded as confirmed only upon receipt of a full payment or a company purchase order. Invoices issued are payable on 30 days. Credit account customer invoices are payable on 30 days. Bookings made by purchase order or payment is binding. Payment will be required in full for the number of candidates and duration of training specified on the order.
Entry requirements:
Candidates will not be accepted onto a course unless they can demonstrate evidence of compliance with the entry requirements for that course. Such evidence will normally take the form of valid certificate of competence. Candidates will be required to sign to confirm that they meet the pre- entry requirements Inc. statement of medical fitness prior to the start of the course. If a candidate is unable to meet the pre-entry requirements, they may not be able to continue with training without refund.
Late arrival:
Courses require candidates to be present for 100% of course content. Late arrivals for any reason may not be able to start at the discretion of the Training Manager.
Provisional Bookings:
We may provisionally hold a place for an agreed period of time, payment or purchase order will be required by the agreed date. A provisionally held place is not a booking and after the agreed date for purchase order or payment, may be offered to other candidates / companies.
Course cancellations fees as follows, include bad weather travel disruption:
More than 1 months’ notice – refunded full amount less administration fee of £30 per person.
Between 3-4 weeks’ notice of course date – 80% refund is given.
Between 2-3 weeks’ notice of course date – 50% refund is given.
Less than 2 weeks’ notice of course date – a refund is not available.
Course postponement fees as follows, include bad weather travel disruption:
More than 3 weeks’ notice – no charge
Between 2-3 weeks – 20% charge to change a place, unless place can be re-filled.

Obtaining your CSCS Green Card
Once you have successfully completed the CITB Site Safety Plus Health and Safety Awareness course (or other valid training) and passed your CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test you will be able to apply online once you have received your certificate (this can take up to 2 weeks).

More than 1 months’ notice – refunded full amount less administration fee of £30 per person.
Between 3-4 weeks’ notice of course date – 80% refund is given.
Between 2-3 weeks’ notice of course date – 50% refund is given.
Less than 2 weeks’ notice of course date – a refund is not available.
Course postponement fees as follows, include bad weather travel disruption:
