Liverpool-based construction and renewables training provider, Complete Training Solutions (CTS) have signalled the beginning of a new female era as they appoint Danielle Kershaw as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The appointment marks an – exciting new chapter for the specialist training provider, who has also recently welcomed a female Commercial Director to their Senior Leadership Team.
As COO, Danielle will be leading on the daily operations for CTS. Her extensive history of working with training providers, coupled with her passion for driving social mobility gave Danielle the competitive edge and the perfect candidate to drive Complete Training Solutions to the forefront of construction and renewables training in the UK.
Prior to her appointment, Danielle worked for a sister company and fellow training provider, Innovative Alliance (IA) who are committed to supporting people to get back into work. Between her time at IA and her new role in CTS, Danielle dedicated her time to supporting people with mental health issues and still plans to set up her own Community Interest Company (CIC). As COO at CTS, Danielle plans to make mental health and wellbeing support a priority in the workplace, ensuring her team have the support systems in place if they are struggling, a focus which is especially relevant at this time, where mental health struggles are being widely reported across the media.
