You will focus on the key practical elements and theory which are covered during the full First Aid course. The aim is to refresh the delegate’s memory and update them on any changes in legislation or rescue techniques within the renewable energy industry.
The GWO First Aid Refresher Course equips delegates with the most up-to-date knowledge and skills to administer first aid safely and effectively. The course is made up of a combination of practical and theoretical training.
As part of the GWO First Aid Refresher Course, delegates will complete a practical assessment, alongside a written multiple-choice assessment.

Unfortunately, no. If your GWO First Aid Training Certificate has expired you will need to take the full course again.
The GWO First Aid Refresher Course will need to be undertaken every two years. This is to ensure delegates gain the most up-to-date understanding of first aid administration in the wind industry.
