Who is the course suitable for?
Anyone beginning or wanting to continue to work in the offshore renewable energy industry. It is a requirement that offshore workers hold a valid, in date Working at Height & Rescue certificate. This certificate can be refreshed every 2 years by completing the Working at Height Refresher course.

What is covered in the course?
The course covers the techniques and procedures which may need to be carried out in emergency situations when working at height when either alone or working as part of a team.
The training deals with all aspects involved when working at height on wind farm projects, and ensures learners are taught the importance of the following procedure and regulations whilst working in the hazardous environments.
Our centre is fully equipped with real world training environments designed to make sure you are comfortable carrying out emergency procedures whilst working from height.

What assessments are there?
Delegates will complete a practical and written multiple choice assessment as part of the GWO Working at Height & Rescue course.

Are there any entry requirements?
Must be 18 or over.
Must have an appropriate level of english.

What do you need to bring?
Work boots.
Photographic ID e.g Driving Licence or Passport.
WINDA ID.
