We're looking for someone to join our rapidly growing company and fill an Administration and Data Processing Role We require an extra person in the office to assist with the day to day administration processing course and test material. You'll be working as part of our operations team ensuring that the day to day administration of the business runs smoothly.

Day to day activities;
• Preparing and processing course material and administrative tasks. • Sign delegates into their classroom/reception duties. • Using company CRM system to enter client information. • Processing accredited course results through multiple systems. • Register & invigilate online tests (training provided). • Assisting Training Manager with managing the training schedule. • Ordering office supplies/assisting with Purchase Orders.

Successful candidates will have the following;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong numerical & problem solving skills. • Computer literate. Experience using MS Word, MS Excel (qualification desirable but not essential). • Experience using CRM’s would be desirable but not essential as training would be provided. • A keen attention to detail/ability to process large volumes of data. • Well organised. • Ability to use initiative is energetic and self-motivated. positive attitude with ambition and drive.

Hub Sales
Salary: £16,500 + Uncapped Bonus Structure
Location: The role will be based within our head office in Liverpool City Centre
The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for owning and managing new business sales enquiries and the development of existing clients in order to increase sales growth and revenues, in line with the business and marketing strategies. We are not a “hard sell” type of company, but a friendly business whose customer knowledge, service levels and excellent products help us to win business nationally and internationally. You will use your sales and customer service expertise to help and advise our customers, establishing their needs, offering in-depth knowledge of our services and nurturing the enquiry through to a sale. You will need to be an experienced sales handler and closer for both inbound and outbound leads, with a proven track record of overachieving targets.

Main responsibilities:
Manage the sales process from receipt of enquiry, interpreting client requirements through to final proposals and closing the deal.
Embody the company’s strong ethos of positive business development, support of colleagues and a 'team' approach.
Taking, following up and converting new inbound leads (your own and some colleagues’) for new, existing, and lapsed corporate and individual clients.

The objectives will be to:

Quote and convert new clients, bringing them into the company, establishing relationships with existing corporate clients for retention and cross selling purposes and winning back any lapsed clients, as well as consistently encouraging referrals.

What we’re looking for in the successful candidate:
• Knowledge of sales conversion and lead nurturing processes is essential.
• A successful background in sales.
• Be personable, proactive, hardworking and reliable.
• Sell the whole range of CTS products: Training Courses, Equipment, Consultancy.
• Conscientiously ensure all enquiries and leads are followed up by phone or email.
• Be able to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail, strong administrative and numeracy skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills, excellent telephone manner.
• Experience of organising and prioritising work effectively.
• Meeting monthly sales goals.
• Be able to use a CRM/customer database to best effect.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a busy workload.
• Ability to take and make sales enquiry calls.
• Live within reasonable commute of the head office in Liverpool.
• Be able to close both incoming and outgoing sales enquiries.
• Passionate about sales and prepared to invest time in their own professional development, learning new sales skills.
